Ordering

How can I make changes to my order?
We cannot make changes to a placed order, but contact us at hello@goodforme.nyc if you need to make a change and we can cancel your order so you can place a new one. Some orders process quickly, but we’ll do our best to cancel your order.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
No, you can only use one promo code per order.

An item I want sold out!
If an item you want has sold out, subscribe to our restock email updates.

How do I refund or exchange my order?
All orders are final sale. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us.

Shipping

When will I get my order?
We know you're excited and super eager to get your order! Orders take 2-3 days to process and 2-5 days to be delivered. So once you place an order, expect to receive it in 4-8 days. We recommend downloading the Shop App to track your order's progress.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are working on expanding our shipping options! Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

I'm having problems with tracking!
In a few cases, the carrier can take 1-2 business days to register your shipment's status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay in 4, Klarna, JCB, Discover, Union Pay and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders...cause we're an online store.

What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Has your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us anything, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us we’re happy to help!
