Shipping + Delivery

Safety is our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the current COVID-19 situation very closely and working to ensure that appropriate safety precautions are in place.

Domestic shipping:
We currently only offer domestic shipping to all areas of the United States. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders will arrive via USPS or UPS within 2-5 business days.

We are working hard to be able to provide shipping to International addresses in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Need to edit your shipping information?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at hello@goodforme.nyc as soon as possible! Though we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled if your order has already been sent out for fulfillment.

Having problems with the tracking?
In a few cases, the carrier may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@goodforme.nyc.

When will your order ship?
Ordering may take just a few seconds, but order processing takes 2-3 business days. Then the carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. We recommend downloading the Shop App to track your order progress.
